Sorry, Too OP to Lose · Last updated: June 29, 2026

Sorry, Too OP to Lose ("the game", "we", "us") is a single-player match-3 battler roguelike. We collect as little data as possible — just enough to run the online leaderboard and to save your progress so it survives a reinstall and follows you across devices. This page explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

Information we do NOT collect

How we use your information

Where your data is stored and who can access it

Your data is stored and processed using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Analytics), which acts as our data processor. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Firebase Privacy and Security terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

Attribution and measurement data is processed by Adjust acting as our service provider, under Adjust's Privacy Policy. When you install the game after interacting with one of our advertisements, Adjust shares limited attribution information — such as which advertising campaign led to the install — with the advertising network that served the ad, so the campaign's performance can be measured. We do not sell your data, and apart from this attribution measurement we do not share it with advertisers or other third parties.

Network access

The app requests the INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions, used to sync the data above with Firebase and to send attribution/analytics measurements. The rest of the game works offline.

Data retention and deletion

Progress is tied to your nickname so you can restore it. To have your nickname, leaderboard entry, and cloud save deleted, email us at the address below and we will remove them.

Your choices

You can reset your device's advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → "Reset advertising ID" / "Delete advertising ID"). Doing so limits attribution measurement; it does not affect the leaderboard or your cloud save.

Children's privacy

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only personal data the game stores is a nickname you choose. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
